Blister packs and sachets

Blister packs are most often used in the pharmaceutical industry as packaging for tablets, capsules or lozenges. They are durable and safe. Information about the product is often printed on their cover using flexo print. Printing blocks, which ensure the transfer of colour onto the material, are used for printing on this type of packaging. Low-migration UV colours are used, with an imprint of up to 7 colours. The maximum width of the material is 370 mm, and 20 or 25 micron aluminium foil is used. In addition to blister packs, we also print on film for sachets, which is a type of small sealed packet. It has seals on all three or four sides and thus protects the contents inside from light, humidity and oxygen. The material for sachets is printed on an 8-colour machine. This type of packaging is used in various industries for packaging powders, spices, liquids, shampoos, creams, etc.

To meet the requirements of the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries, we print in a clean room environment, which requires maintaining meticulous microclimatic conditions. At the end of 2022, we also obtained the ISO 15378 certificate, which outlines the requirements for a quality management system used for primary packaging materials for medicinal products. This demonstrates that we are capable of consistently providing products and services that meet both customer requirements as well as legal and regulatory requirements. We do business with verified suppliers because we want to increase customer satisfaction through efficient use of the system, thereby ensuring high-quality, safe and effective medicine (including primary packaging in contact with medicinal products).
