We store and process personal data for the purposes of maintaining contact with subscribers, promoting sales, marketing our services via e-mail and profiling subscribers (including potential ones) with the aim of providing them with a better user and consumer experience related to our services and products. When processing and storing personal data, we offer the highest level of diligence regarding protection and discretion. All our actions related to the processing of personal data are in accordance with the current legislation pertaining to personal data protection.
Scope and purpose of the obtained personal data
Basic contact information (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number) is obtained using a contact form on the website www.tisksepic.si and is utilized to reply to sent enquiries. We also use the data provided during live chats (e-mail address) in order to respond to sent enquiries.
When concluding a business contract, we need to obtain certain basic contact details (company name and address, tax and registration number, first name, surname and e-mail address of the contact person), which are necessary for the smooth implementation of the ordered services, issuing invoices and, if ever required, for debt recovery.
Because we want our ads to be shown to users who are interested in our services and products, we profile visitors to our website based on the anonymized data obtained using the Google AdWords platform. This type of advertising tool does not allow us any access to specific personal data of users.
Rights of data subjects (individuals)
Individuals have the right to request access to their personal data, as well as the correction, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, portability and erasure of data. They may also exercise their right to object to the processing of data and the right to portability of their personal data. Tisk Šepic d.o.o. shall first check the identity of the data subject exercising his / her particular right. Each individual right is described here in more detail:

Data subjects may at any time be granted access to their personal data that they have provided to the Company. They also have the right to request information on whether their individual personal data is being processed by the Company and in what way. The Company must provide the requested data to these individuals in a structured or machine-readable format.

If a data subject’s personal data is incorrect or incomplete, that individual can request rectification or supplementation of his / her personal data.
- Restriction of processing
Individuals have the right to request the restriction of the processing of their personal data.
- Withdrawal of consent
Individuals may at any time request the withdrawal of previously given consent to the processing of personal data.
- Portability
In addition to being granted access to a copy of their personal data, individuals also have the right to request that this data be forwarded to another controller of their choice, as far as this is feasible.
- Erasure
Individuals have the right to request the erasure of their personal data at any time. The erasure of personal data which is processed by the Company pursuant to the law or a signed cooperation agreement cannot be guaranteed.

Any individual that deems the processing of his / her data to be in violation of the applicable legislation can lodge a complaint directly with the Information Commissioner (Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana).
Storage period of personal data
We keep basic personal data as long as you are our customer (also applies to potential customers enquiring about our service with no deal concluded) or until you submit a data erasure request. Personal data obtained based on the individual’s consent is stored until cancellation.

Each social network operates in accordance with its own privacy and personal data protection policy; therefore, the use of these is under the sole responsibility of each individual, and Tisk Šepic d.o.o. does not assume any responsibility for any harm that may occur to the individual.
